Comaneci, answering live to fans questions, on Chat
Nadia Comaneci, who visit Bucharest these days,
will answer to the Romanian gymnastics fans questions tomorrow,
Friday, May 20, on the Pro
Sport chat (click here) (a Romanian sport tabloid),
starting with Bucharest local time 13:45 (GMT 11:45; New York
6:45).
Hours before the announced time to met Nadia
on the Prosport chat, her fans were already talking about
it and were anxious to met her.Most of them were asking if
Nadia would really come to the sport tabloid or she will answer
from her US residence. The photo posted later with Nadia
on the Prosport chat (click to see) was to prove she was
there for sure.
Here is a summary of answers she gave (remind that she came
later than announced and the whole thing took only half an
hour; sad that most of the time was lost with idiots posting
stupid things (soccer related or too personal/... things).
Otherwise, we could all benefit from hearing much more interesting
things from her.
#If she remind about the Moscow Olympics episode, when she
has to wait 28 minutes to start her floor exercise (it is
known that the gymnast is under heavy stress moments before
starting her evolution, if you keep her like this for half
an hour...dirty tricks from "the stone age of gymnastics".
-Yes, she do remind, this was to favor her main rival at the
moment, Turischeva.
#Her opinion about Romanian gymnastics system.
-It was proved to be good (successful she mean, I doubt it
was good for girls health or future). After coming to the
US of Bela Karoly, the systems proved to be good there, too.
#Nadia, you look great after three cosmetics surgeries; how
much did they cost?

#What did she spoke with Beckman, at the Laureus Awards earlier
this week?

-the National team
# Did she played at Las Vegas Casinos?
-Yes, (for fun only was the meaning); from the very first
moment you enter there, you have to consider the money you
have to spend there already lost (meaning don't dream too
much about get rich fast).
# If you will have a baby, will you send him/her to gymnastics?
It is the thing I know and wish for it.
[Editor note: due to the real time of the story, the very
heavy "flood"of questions/answers, like 20 questions
(few interesting, most of them stupid) and only an answer
coming after them, it is possible that we mixed this answer
and it may be for another question; we have to recheck this
part and update later; and also wait to see if Prosport will
confirm this on tomorrow edition].In the meantime, we hope
to be true...it would be nice.

[this question was related to the fact that Mr.Tiriac, 69
years old, former tennis player (Ilie Nastase was his team
member), former ROC President, is known for giving cars to
his "girlfriends"; the last one which the press
supposed to be "his girl" was the most famous local
TV producer Andreea Marin (like 40 years younger). Tiriac
was seen past months often with/around Nadia, in Bucharest
and abroad (three weeks ago in Swiss for some sport events,
this week nearby Nadia&Bart in Spain at Laureus prizes).
But this is only (others) gossip...at least for the moment.
