[Feb 24] The Petrovschi's
against RGF+B&B trial, delayed for March 10
The today's session of Petrovschi suit against RGF + B&B
was delayed for March 10. The main reasons told to the Court
were:
- the official medical expertise of
Oana didn't reach the Court on time;
- the Oana's lawyer, Mrs.Dana Pavelescu, told to the Court
that there are -still- hopes for a "friendly close of
the case, because of the ARDAF promises to support the costs
of Oana's treatment" . They have contacted Mrs. Pavelescu
and work for a solution on this case.
(During the OTV live program, two weeks ago, with Petrovschi
in their studio, the ARDAF President -who made a live phone
call to the TV station- have promised to contact Oana lawyer
Dana Pavelescu, to have a meeting regarding the case.)
-the B&B lawyers have confirmed to the Court that there
are ongoing discussion between ARDAF and Oana's lawyer and
may have a solution on this.
