Mariana Bitang - hearings at Public Attorney office
Mariana Bitang (former?) coach of Olympic team, was asked
today afternoon to come for hearings at Bucharest Public Attorney
Office, the same visited before by Oana Petrovschi and Octavian
Belu. Bitang have denied to answer in front of the judge,
who asked her if she took money from other girls in the past
. Oana Petrovschi suit is against Belu taking her money and
against Bitang "only" for pushing her for training-asking
Oana P. to have training sessions even after the sport doctor
have signed documents asking not to do this any more. Oana
Petrovschi have confirmed today for romanian-gymnastics.com
that she will accept the 3000 Euros to be offered tomorrow
(like $4000) as a first down payment from Belu, from those
5000 Euros asked by Oana (those money she was asked to pay
as 30% "gift tax").
Asked by the reporters about the Bitang hearing,
where she was present, Oana's lawyer Dana Pavelescu answered
that "maybe she was telling the true regarding some aspects,
but in other cases..."(meaning that she don't believe
all what Bitang have said, like in the front of the judge
where she denied to answer at some questions and apparently
lying to other).
